Her experience spans EB-5 petitions, I-485, DS-260, and DS-160 applications, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient case management. A law graduate from Amity Law School, India, she is known for her detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering reliable, client-focused immigration support services.

Tanmay began his legal career at the intersection of law and U.S. immigration, starting with immigrant visa petitions and steadily building expertise across a broad spectrum of American immigration pathways. At Immigration Process Partners, he leads strategic oversight and case direction, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure consistency in approach, precision in documentation, and alignment with ever-evolving regulatory requirements. A graduate of BML Munjal University with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.), He brings both legal grounding and operational discipline to every matter he oversees.

Yamini is the Human Resources & operational head of Immigration Process Partners. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, she brings deep expertise in both people management and business operations. She oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and employee relations. She also drives process improvement by streamlining workflows, supporting audits, and maintaining the systems that keep day-to-day operations on track.
